Here’s our attempt to teach Lia to kiss… met with indifference.

Last time we discovered that Lia could sign milk. She does more than signing now!
Lia thought, “Here Daddy, have this toy!” Or so it seemed…
Lia has learned to say the word “ball”, but she apparently also learned to swear…
Lia has learned to play ball, and she even uses some advanced NBA passing technique!
Now Lia seems to understand what “up” means, but she also loves to just mumble random things, such as “mother”…
Earlier Lia had a funky crawl using a leg and a foot, but Carol expressed her concern that the posture and hip angle can lead to developmental problems. To alleviate this potential fiasco, we had been encouraging Lia to crawl with grace and symmetry. To our delight, Lia has adopted the superior methodology… well, almost.
First time Lia tried Trivisol she didn’t know what hit her. This time, she definitely knows!
Lia, Karen and I went shopping when Lia discovered an alternate use of the Baby Bjorn…
One day while I was teaching Lia about bear, she expressed her interest in turtle instead! It’s no wonder, as Karen has been teaching Lia what a turtle is for a while now!
